Amy S Anderson Is BY FAR, the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with (and I have bought 3 homes- this is my first time to sell one). Aside from her consistent professionalism, she has character/integrity/honesty that is second to NONE). She went above and beyond getting the house ready for professional pictures, while I was on vacation- she HANDLED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY. The offer we received was over asking price, with a $8000 appraisal gap AND they waved inspection. Closing went perfectly smooth, and she gave me a wonderful gift of a professional painting of my house I sold, that I will always treasure.
